We participate with most local and many national insurance plans. However it is your responsibility to understand whether your insurance has limits on the doctors you can see or the services you can receive.

Efficient processing of your claim requires accurate and complete information from you about your insurance. We cannot obtain this information for you.

 We will submit claims to your insurance carrier to receive payments for services.

We would be happy to aid you in determining if your insurance plan will cover your exam.

Depending on your insurance coverage, you may be responsible for co-payments, co-insurance, or other deductible amounts.

In order to bill an MVA claim, please provide us with a complete billing address of the motor vehicle company that we are billing, the claim number, and the date of the accident.
