My wife had a bone density scan a while back performed by Larry. Larry was very informative about the procedure and what she may have to do if there was any bone loss detected. He was very pleasant and entertaining and made our visit actually fun.

My experience was quite good. Everything happened in a timely fashion, including the additional imaging. It would have been nice if the doctor had told me he had not found a tear (since that was the reason for the additional imaging). Brandy was incredible. Very professional and very personable and caring at the same time. Can't say enough good things about her, her professionalism and attention to the patient.

When I came for my first annual mammogram to the Bellevue Women's Imaging facility this year, I was extremely nervous since at another facility I was injured due to the lack of training of the mammographer. However, I was put at ease immediately. The fact that the gown was warm was an extra touch to show they cared. The dressing room looked more like one at a spa, rather than at a doctor's office. Several varieties of tea were available to put you at ease, if you so desired. My mammogram was done by the competent Shannon. This was followed by not one, but two ultrasounds of my breasts. These were done by Vi, followed by Theresa. I was told that I would have to wait as Dr. Jacobs was at a meeting at another site. While I could have left then, I decided to wait to hear the results from "the horse's mouth" so to speak. Dr. Jacobs came to see me as soon as he arrived to deliver the good news. He even took the time to explain to me that my risk of breast cancer was not as high as I had originally thought.

I have been going to BMI for about 6 years and can say that they are very professional and very thorough. I also appreciate the fact that they have a dedicated women's center. I like them much better than Evergreen.

I recently had to drop off an item for pickup at BMI for a sub-contractor and remembered I had on my "Task List" to schedule my Mammogram. A busy work schedule kept putting it off so I made an appointment for this week. I call that "Fast Service" and a huge checkmark off my list! Thank you Dr. Jacobs . . . love seeing you each year! Sorry about the tardiness this year but your customer service made up for it!

My son and I experienced excellent front desk service by a woman named Tanya on February 20, 2012 at 4:00pm. Usually at this time of day many patients have come and gone, and the front desk help has dealt with all of them. Tanya's countenance was pleasant, she spoke friendly, and she even smiled a genuine smile. She helped me relax since I was there with my youngest son. When a doctor refers a mother's son to have an ultra sound, etc. a mother's thoughts can start spiraling. However, Tanya's excellent customer service was very comforting, and genuine. Doctor Jacobs was also friendly. As they say it begins from THE TOP! A big THANK YOU to both of you!

I came here for the annual screening after years of going to Virginia Mason and there is no comparison. Screening was thorough. No stone was left unturned, quickly. The staff was compassionate and supportive. I am grateful for their work and for their support. I will keep coming back and recommending the center to all my friends.

This was the best experience with a medical procedure that I have ever experienced. The staff was wonderful.

My experience was wonderful. I was so terrified from a prior experience with a mamogram that I put it off for 4 years and then I developed severe anxiety. By fate I found out about Bellevue Medical And Bellevue Womens Imaging, I got the guts and the day I called they got me in. Within minutes after both my xrays and ultrasound I was told all was clear, I drove home on a cloud even thought it was really bumper to bumper. I came from 2 hours south of Seattle and I will never hesitate again. They put me at ease over the phone and as soon as I walked it felt all that anxiety melt away and that was before they had even done any images. Thank you to the entire staff.

I have been to Bellevue Medical Imaging couple of times and my experience has been very positive and professional. The staff were professional, experienced, knowledgeable, and respectful. Dr. Jacobs is one of the best radiologists around.
I highly recommend BMI.

I went to Bellevue Medical Imaging for my yearly Mammogram and was very happy with my experience. The area where I had my exams was very nice. It felt spa like and unlike a doctor's office. I was given a warm gown which was a nice surprise. Then Char took me back for my exam. She was very warm and made me feel at ease. I was then brought in for an ultrasound. This surprised me but I found out that they do the ultrasound to be extra thorough. I really appreciated this extra exam because it meant things were that much better for me as far as my health. Then Teresa did the first part of the exam and Kayla came in for the second part of the ultrasound. Both were very friendly and professional. After they were done the doctor even came and talked with me. He gave me my results right then and there. What great care! It was a blessing to not have to leave the facility worried. Everyone I came into contact with really seemed to like their job. I will be back to Bellevue Medical Imaging next year.
